A Word from the Teacher
Business Studies in Class XII is notoriously famous for tricky Case Studies. Direct questions are rare; you will primarily be tested on your ability to apply theoretical concepts to real-life business scenarios.
For Unit Test I and II, you must memorize the exact sequences for management processes. You cannot shuffle the steps in the Planning (7 marks), Organising (7 marks), or Staffing (7 marks) processes.
In Unit Test III, the syllabus branches into Finance and Marketing. Marketing Management (7 marks) is lengthyβfocus on the Marketing Mix (4 Ps). For Financial Management (6 marks), ensure your concepts on capital structure and leverage are crystal clear, as application-based questions are highly prevalent here.
