Meet the Editor-in-Chief

Malik Mohd. Arshad Senior English Teacher & Research Scholar Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), India

While SolvedNotes is a resource for everyone, it is curated with the academic rigor of a veteran educator. The platform is led by Malik Mohd. Arshad, a Senior English Teacher (PGT) at STS High School, Aligarh Muslim University, with over 21 years of teaching experience.

Mr. Arshad brings deep expertise to every note on this site:

  • International Training: Alumnus of the Texas Intensive English Program (TIEC, Austin, USA).
  • Academic Excellence: Holds an M.A. in English and a Post Graduate Diploma in Linguistics from AMU.
  • Technical Edge: A rare educator with a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering, ensuring that quality education is delivered through a seamless digital experience.

How It All Started

As educators, we often noticed that many students—especially in semi-urban and rural India—struggled to understand textbook concepts on their own. Even bright students got confused due to a lack of proper explanation in easy language.

That’s when the idea of SolvedNotes was born: to create a free, accessible resource that would make NCERT books easier to understand without losing academic depth. What started as a small collection of English chapter summaries is now evolving into a full-fledged academic support platform.
